Original Fired Ink on Glass

With it being winter here in the Pocono Mountains, I haven't been doing any hiking at all and I've really been missing my creative outlet. (photography) As mentioned in previous posts, I've been working with Alcohol Inks in different ways and recently completed several fired ink on glass pieces. They are all original and one of a kind - no two are alike and simply cannot be reproduced. They are all 8x10. I'm quite proud of how they turned out. Bird Lover's Gifts

Springtime makes me think of all things outdoors... Sunny, warm days. Flowers in bloom. Veggie gardens. Cookouts. All of the beautiful things that we yearn for all winter long. Spring has also inspired me to create a few new pieces that would be perfect for adding a little something special to your outdoor (or indoor) spaces. I have a small obsession with little fat birds. I mean, they're just so cute! While I wouldn't consider myself a collector, I do have several chubby little birds decorating my own home. Now that I think about it though, it's starting to become more like a flock of little fat birds. Does that technically make me a collector? Perhaps. I'm sure there are others like me, who think these little chubby friends are just super cheery and bring joy to any space. So, with that in mind, these little creations were born.
